Magazines and digital media, e-commerce companies and agencies are the three central pillars in Story House Egmont which is the new, unifying name for the Egmont division formerly known as Egmont Publishing.
To reflect the significant business development that the division has gone through in recent years, Egmont Publishing is now changing its name to Story House Egmont. With the name change comes also a brand-new logo.
“We are publishers at heart, and every day our journalism and inspiring content reaches millions of readers on several platforms. But we are so much more than that, and our division has developed considerably during the last couple of years, so it now also includes e-commerce companies and agencies with a digital profile. This is high-growth business areas which have become an important part of our total business that is now grounded on three strong legs: media, e-commerce and agencies. Therefore, it is time to modernize how we meet our partners, customers, users and readers – and how we see ourselves. From now on, we are Story House Egmont; a brand that looks to the future and signals that under our roof media, technology, customer relations and storytelling go hand in hand,” says CEO of Story House Egmont, Torsten Bjerre Rasmussen.
The new name and logo are developed by Creative Director Peter Stenbæk and Art Director Kasper Bjerre from Story House Egmont’s in-house agency, Creative.
The change of name goes for all of Egmont Publishing and not just the Danish business, but also Norway, Sweden, and all the other countries in which Story House Egmont is active.
